Scope
The reduction motor is widely used in metallurgy, mining, light industry, chemical steel, cement, printing, sugar, food, rubber, pickles, construction, lifting and transportation, fans and other industries, and can be used to match the imported equipment.
Type
Servo motor
Servo motors are widely used in various control systems. They can convert the input voltage signal into the mechanical output on the motor shaft, drag the controlled element, and thus achieve the control purpose.
Servo motors are divided into DC and AC. The earliest servo motors are general DC motors. When the control accuracy is not high, general DC motors are used as servo motors. Structurally, DC servo motors are small-power DC motors. Their excitation mostly adopts armature control and magnetic field control, but usually adopts armature control.
Stepper motor
Stepper motors are mainly used in the field of CNC machine tool manufacturing. Since stepper motors do not require A/D conversion and can directly convert digital pulse signals into angular displacement, they have always been considered the most ideal CNC machine tool actuators.
In addition to its application in CNC machine tools, stepper motors can also be used in other machines, such as motors in automatic feeders, motors in general floppy disk drives, and in printers and plotters.
Torque motors
Torque motors have the characteristics of low speed and high torque. Generally, AC torque motors are often used in the textile industry, and their working principle and structure are the same as those of single-phase asynchronous motors.
Reluctance motors
The switched reluctance motor is a new type of speed-regulating motor with an extremely simple and sturdy structure, low cost, and excellent speed regulation performance. It is a strong competitor to traditional control motors and has strong market potential.
Brushless motors
The mechanical characteristics and adjustment characteristics of brushless DC motors are linear, with a wide speed regulation range, long life, easy maintenance, and low noise. There are no problems caused by brushes, so this type of motor has a large application in control systems.
DC motors
DC motors have the advantages of good speed regulation performance, easy starting, and load-bearing starting. DC motors are still widely used, especially after the emergence of thyristor DC power supplies.
Asynchronous motor
Asynchronous motors have the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacturing, use and maintenance, reliable operation, small mass and low cost. Asynchronous motors are widely used to drive most industrial and agricultural production machinery such as machine tools, water pumps, blowers, compressors, lifting and hoisting equipment, mining machinery, light industrial machinery, agricultural and sideline products processing machinery, as well as household appliances and medical equipment.
It is widely used in household appliances, such as electric fans, refrigerators, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, etc.
Synchronous motors
Synchronous motors are mainly used in large machinery, such as blowers, water pumps, ball mills, compressors, rolling mills, and small and micro instruments and equipment or as control elements. Among them, the three-phase synchronous motor is its main body. In addition, it can also be used as a phase regulator to transmit inductive or capacitive reactive power to the power grid.
